What is Reflexology? ~

Reflexology is the stimulation and manipulation of the 72,000 nerve endings found in the feet and the 72,000 nerve endings found in the hands. During this stimulation, the body is allowed and encouraged to ease into a more peaceful state of being. Through this state of being, illnesses, diseases and discomfort are allowed to release from the body, which in turn promotes health and vitality.

What is Ear Coning? ~

An Ear Cone is a special linen dipped in pure beeswax, infused with herbs and wound into a spiral cone.

Upon placing the Ear Cone into the ear canal, the tip is lit like a candle and allowed to burn under the care of the therapist. The smoke from the burning cone is drawn into the ear cavity, creating a vacuum. This smoke travels around inside the ear. When the smoke exits the ear, it draws with it any toxins and impurities that may exist there.

Ear Coning may seem a little unorthodox at first, but when done by a qualified practitioner it is completely safe and effective in eliminating Ear, Nose, Throat and Sinus Problems
